My name is Kat and I am a Nutritional Therapist and Yoga teacher.

Life moves fast; and each day is filled with commitments and responsibilities. Throw in some time for love, laughter, unforeseen worries and woes and anything else the universe thinks you can handle; and all of a sudden, preparing a nutritious meal, enjoying your hobby or doing some bedtime yoga are the last things you want to do or even think about. Your health and wellbeing somehow fell off the bottom of your priority list. Sound familiar?


I think we’ve all been in this place at one time or another and it’s easy to get stuck there. When we neglect our wellbeing for too long, molehills really do become mountains and it can be hard to manage. Health issues can arise or be exacerbated, and life can lose some of its colour.


When I found Nutritional Therapy, I too was in this place. Under the guidance of my education, I was able to cultivate and maintain a sustainable health centred life. Years of personal mental health and eating challenges were solved through nutrition and lifestyle changes. I was amazed at the results and a fire was lit inside of me.


I now offer my services to you. With a deep understanding that every person is unique and as such, their nutrition and lifestyle needs will be different to others; I will give you my time and attention and I will listen to you. My training allows me to evaluate and support your specific needs and make bio-individual recommendations. With simple yet effective and achievable goal setting and a food first approach, we will work together to develop a plan towards achieving your best health so you can live your best life.


My aim is to educate and empower women to take control of their health and wellbeing and begin living life on their own terms.


My special interests and main areas of focus are women’s health, particularly relating to the natural phases of the menstrual cycle, perimenopause, menopause, and post menopause. Also, gut health and healthy cognitive function; with a strong belief that gut health can be traced back as the root cause of many if not all health conditions, I make this a focus for all of my clients. And lastly, Adrenal fatigue; a modern condition that many of us suffer from.


While these are my special interests, I am also passionate about all areas of health and can provide help and guidance for your specific concerns.


Using an holistic healing method of the 3 pronged approach to nutritional therapy - Ancestral wisdom, Experiential knowledge, and Scientific research - combined with the use of real food, herbs, micronutrients, functional movement, stress management and environmental alignment, I will not just put a bandaid on your concerns but will find the root cause and treat accordingly, thus giving you the best chance of success.
